Cancellation Policy
I love my clients & I love doing their hair. It's fun. What I do not love is when you don't show up for your appointment. That's not fun. Steph does apply a cancellation policy of 50% the full service fee for any cancellation past the 24hr notice window and/or for No Call, No Show. By booking your appointment with Steph you're agreeing to this charge using the card you provide during sign-up.
